Foundation Degree in Ophthalmic Science & Technology (FdSc OS&T)

The Foundation Degree has been designed with a view to the requirements of State Registration for ophthalmic practitioners. A Foundation Degree is equivalent to the first 2 years of a Bachelor of Science Degree but as the course is part time it will be delivered over 3 years. Students are expected to undertake one day a week at the College during the academic year. Both Colleges are looking to develop a blended learning programme to enable students to undertake the course with home study. Please contact the Colleges directly for further information.
